UsageTap is an early, founder-led product from Predictability at Scale Inc.

We built it after seeing AI applications discover customer-level cost only after the provider bill arrived. UsageTap is being developed with a small number of design partners and tested in production through products operated by our team, including FocusedFit.ai and AskPilot.io.

We are focused on one problem: helping B2B AI teams understand and control what each customer is using before cost becomes a surprise.

Who works on UsageTap

Two founders, directly involved.

UsageTap does not have separate sales or customer-success departments. Customers and design partners work with the people building the product.

Troy builds AI-native products and developer tools focused on making AI systems measurable, governable, and commercially predictable. His current work spans customer-level usage, prompt efficiency, developer productivity, and the controls teams need to run AI in production.

Co-founder

Chris is a software builder and company operator. He brings firsthand experience turning technical infrastructure into a product that teams can adopt, trust, and use every day.

Co-founded LeanKit in 2009 and served as CEO through 2016.
Helped build LeanKit into an enterprise software company before its 2017 acquisition by Planview.
Now CEO of FocusedFit.ai, one of the products using UsageTap in production.
